-RELIGION AND LAWS If anyone from Syria, Jordan, Israel, and Lebanon should come to Canada, here's some things they should know to help them here. For starters, our laws are NOT the same as they are from where they come fromThe majority of the laws here are different from theirs(ex:Same sex relationship is allowed in Canada were over there it is outlawed with the consequence of death, ex two:In Syria it is the law to practice religion and you must dress discreetly). Number two, we respect their religion and know what they are going through where they come from, so they should show us the same respect for our religion, beliefs, ect. and not offend it.
-MONEY AND EDUCATION The majority of the laws here are different from theirs(ex:Same sex relationship is allowed in Canada were over there it is outlawed with the consequence of death). They should learn to speak either french or english to better understand us and so we can better understand them. Another thing is that our money system is different(ex:162 Syrian pounds=1 Canadian dollar). Also, in Canada, we have debit machines. The education here is also different. Syrian basic education is from age 6-15 and secondary is from age 16-18. Where here in Canada elementary school is from age 6-12(in most of Canada), middle school is from age 12-15, and high school lasts from age 15-18.
